who can use covo
covo is for people 18 and older. by using covo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
account access
you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. covo uses phone number verification (OTP) as the only way to sign up and log in. by providing your phone number, you agree that covo may send you verification codes and account-related messages. message and data rates may apply.
your content
you are responsible for everything you post on covo, including plans, messages, profile information, and photos.
community conduct
you agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, discriminate, post hateful content, promote unsafe behavior, or use covo in a way that harms other people or the community.
showing up
if you are accepted into a covo, people are counting on you. 1 and 2 no-show strikes trigger warnings. 3 no-show strikes pauses the account.
privacy
we collect only what's necessary to run the app. we never sell your data. see our full privacy policy.
account deletion
you can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. contact us at ciaocovo.app@gmail.com with any questions.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms as covo grows. if we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and may notify you in the app.
